Rob Kruger made a detailed inspection of this home. It had never received one before. He discovered several issues that I would never have considered looking for myself. He traced cracks in mortar I had never noticed. He found our TV cable was pulling away from a downspout, moss beginning to grow on the roof shingles, and a number of other issues. Rob's inspection gave guidance on how to proceed on making necessary repairs to this house. I appreciated his thoroughness, and his respect for home and family as he went about his business.
